Here’s a recipe from Uncle Ray…
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 gloves of garlic (chopped)
1 can of Progresso Lentil Soup
1 can of Hunts Sauce
Salt & pepper
Little pasta sea shells.
Lightly brown the garlic in oil. Add Lentil soup, 1 can Hunts Sauce, salt and pepper to taste, parsley, red pepper, and oregano. Let simmer till done. Meanwhile cook about 3/4 cup of small sea shells until they are al dente. A little less than you would cook pasta because they will be in the soup and you don’t want them to get mushy.
For a variety or a more substantial dinner cook chicken Italian sausage or hot dogs cut up and add to soup. Two will usually do.
It’s quick its easy and you will want it regularly. For a family, use two cans of soup and Hunts sauce.
